Michelle Keller has over 20 years of experience in compensation and human resources roles. Michelle Keller, CCP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In 1999, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2002, they also obtained the Certified Compensation Professional certification from WorldatWork. In 2015, Michelle Keller obtained both the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM and the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation.
