Jamshed Mughal has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jamshed has held various leadership roles in renowned companies such as Marigold, Cheetah Digital, Microsoft, Salesforce, Hugo & Cat, Havas EHS, EHS 4D Digital, EHS 4D, and Burrows.

In their most recent position as the SVP, Global Head of Strategy & Services at Marigold, Jamshed was responsible for providing fit-for-purpose marketing solutions to over 40,000 global brands. Prior to Marigold, they served as the Global Head of Enterprise Strategy & Architecture at Cheetah Digital.

At Microsoft, Jamshed contributed to the go-to-market strategy for D365 and M365, focusing on business applications and modern workplace. Jamshed played a crucial role in driving pipeline quality, customer outcomes, and consumption.

During their time at Salesforce, Jamshed held multiple positions including Senior Director of Business Development, B2C Sales & Strategy, EMEA, Director of Services, EMEA, and Regional Managing Consultant. Jamshed excelled in driving sales growth, transforming customer experience, and achieving revenue targets.

Before joining Salesforce, Jamshed served as the Head of Projects/Delivery at Hugo & Cat, leading digital engagement projects. Jamshed also held positions as the Head of Project Management at Havas EHS and EHS 4D Digital.

Jamshed began their career as a Digital Studio Manager at Burrows, where they managed web development and deployment projects for blue-chip clients. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Developer for Ford EMEA, Volvo, and Mazda, where they designed and developed web applications.

Throughout their career, Jamshed has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, sales and marketing, project management, and customer engagement. Their deep industry knowledge and leadership skills have contributed to their success in delivering impactful results for global brands.

Jamshed Mughal completed a BSc (Hons) in Computing from Brunel University London from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the same university from 1997 to 2000. Before entering university, they completed A' levels in Computing, Chemistry, and Biology from Sir George Monoux Sixth Form in London from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Jamshed Mughal has also obtained a variety of certifications in various areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Business Performance, Coaching & Feedback, Diversity & Inclusion Strategies, Marketing Cloud, and more from Salesforce Trailhead, although the timing of when they obtained these certifications is not specified.
