Katie Harman

Vice President, Enterprise Support at Marigold

Katie Harman has a strong background in marketing and communications. Katie started their career in 2007 at Vanderbilt University, where they held the roles of Communications Coordinator and later Interactive Communications Specialist. In these roles, they were responsible for designing and proofreading HTML broadcast emails, providing training on best practices, and contributing to communications strategy planning.

In 2013, Katie joined Emma, Inc as a Customer Support Specialist and later became a Support Team Manager. During their time at Emma, they gained experience in managing a support team and providing excellent customer service.

In 2020, Katie joined KW_Communications as a freelance marketing and communications professional. Katie was responsible for developing and executing social media plans, as well as designing HTML broadcast emails.

Most recently, Katie joined Marigold in 2023 as the Vice President of Enterprise Support. Prior to this role, they held positions at Marigold as the Director of Sailthru Support and the Director of Emma Support. Throughout their career, Katie has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in customer support and communications.

Katie Harman completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Coaching for Improved Performance from Dale Carnegie Training in 2017.
