Kristen Ettinger

Kristen Ettinger (DeLotto) has a strong background in customer success and account management. Kristen most recently worked at Marigold starting in 2023 as the Vice President of Customer Success. Prior to that, they held various roles at Salesforce, including Senior Director of Customer Success, Director of Customer Success, and Senior Manager of Services & Success. In these roles, they were responsible for delivering and strategizing the Marketing Cloud at-scale offering and managing customer engagements. Before joining Salesforce, Kristen worked as a Customer Success Director at Marin Software and held positions at Omnicom Media Group and Did-It Search Marketing. Kristen has extensive experience in managing client relationships and advertising campaigns.

Kristen Ettinger (DeLotto) completed the Women's Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Psychology and a minor in Spanish from the University at Albany, SUNY. Additionally, they hold certifications in Women's Leadership Program from the Yale School of Management Executive Education and Google AdWords.
