In 2009, they joined iCrossing as a Media Analyst before being promoted to Senior Media Analyst in 2010. Their responsibilities included SEM/PPC optimization and strategy for clients such as Sears. In 2012, they became a Media Manager at iCrossing, working with notable clients such as Kellogg's, Jim Beam, and HSN. Aaron developed paid search and social strategies, facilitated client meetings, and mentored junior associates.
