Ian Quino Fernandez

Ian Quino Fernandez is a Marine Instrumentation/Radar Technician at The Research Corporation of the University of Hawai'i since July 2015. Prior to this, Ian worked as a HF Radar Technician at Marine Science Institute and as a Embedded Firmware Development Engineer at Lexmark Research and Development Corporation. Ian holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Marine Science from University of the Philippines - Diliman and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Physics from University of the Philippines - Los Banos.
