Alicia Owens, MS, MBA, SHRM-SCP, CPSP, currently serves as a Benefits Analyst at DC Water since September 2024 and has held the position of Senior Benefits Analyst at Mariner Finance since September 2019, where prior experience includes a role as Benefits Analyst. Alicia has a comprehensive background in benefits administration, client consultation, and operational efficiency, demonstrated through various roles at companies such as INFINITI HR, All Staffing Inc., ConnectYourCare, Wells Fargo, Maryland Health Benefit Exchange, Aon, Advantica Benefits, and TrailBlazer Health Enterprises. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in HR Management from Morgan State University and two advanced degrees, an MBA in Human Resource Management and an MS in Information Systems from Strayer University.
