Sarah Teal

Sarah Teal, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Consultant at Mariner Innovations since August 2021. Prior to this role, Sarah was the Chief Information Officer at Halifax Regional Municipality from March 2016 to January 2021, overseeing a $23M operating budget and a $35M capital budget, along with numerous capital projects. Previous experience at Nova Scotia Health Authority spanned 18 years in various HR and project management positions, culminating in the role of Manager of Recruitment, HRIM, and HR Operations. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Dalhousie University and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources from Nova Scotia Community College, supplemented by multiple project management courses and certifications.
