Daniel Ortega has a diverse work experience in the field of healthcare information systems. Daniel has held positions at various organizations, including MarinHealth, Prime Healthcare, Seattle Children's, University of Illinois Chicago, Baylor Scott & White Health, Advocate Health Care, BJC HealthCare, Scripps Health, Cottage Health, and Denver Health. Throughout their career, they have held roles such as Application Analyst III, Sr. EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst, Epic Optimization Specialist / Solutions Analyst, Epic Personalization Specialist, Epic ASAP/Orders Credentialed Trainer, Epic Ambulatory Credentialed Trainer, Epic OpTime / Anesthesia Trainer, and Epic Orders/OpTime Anesthesia Credentialed Trainer.

Daniel Ortega began their formal education in 2009 when they enrolled at UC Irvine. Daniel pursued a certificate in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Management (OSHE) and completed their studies in 2011. Daniel further expanded their educational portfolio by obtaining a certificate in Project Management from UC Irvine, which they completed in 2012.
