James Chretien

James Chretien began their professional career as a Loan Operations Manager at St. Anne's Credit Union in 1995, where they worked until 1999. James then joined GreenPoint Credit LLC as a Senior Loan Operations Analyst from 1999 to 2003. In 2005, Chretien started working at Providence Health & Services as a Regional Manager, Benchmarking & Productivity, and stayed there until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at PeaceHealth as an Implementation Consultant, System Finance, where they developed system-wide standardized Labor Distribution and Labor Productivity Reporting. Chretien then worked at St. Joseph Health as a Health System Manager of Labor Productivity & Reporting from 2013 to 2017, initially as a consultant through Robert Half Management Resources and then in a permanent role. James was responsible for the maintenance of Kronos Visionware and the implementation and maintenance of Kronos Workforce Analytics across the health system. Chretien joined the University of California, Irvine Medical Center in 2017 as the Manager of Decision Support, Financial Analysis, Capital Planning, and Benchmarking, and worked there until 2023. Presently, they are serving as the Director of Finance at MarinHealth.

James Chretien attended Boston College from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
