James French has a strong background in healthcare interface development and support. James started their career at Swedish Medical Center, where they worked on a project to replace and add lab interfaces with Swedish Epic and Edmonds Softlab. James then moved on to Cadence Health, where they were a team member in an Epic implementation project. At Norton Healthcare, they implemented new planned interfaces for the CPA Lab system and various Norton clinics.
