Sharon Cohen

Sharon Cohen has over two decades of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Sharon is currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Marinus Pharma since 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded Career Quarterback in 2013, where they provided customized assistance to college students in the job interview process.

Sharon has also held various roles at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Pacira BioSciences, Inc., BASF, Roche, Organon, and ADP. At these companies, they have gained experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, staffing management, and program development. Sharon'sresponsibilities have included managing teams, forecasting staffing demands, implementing client relationship management platforms, developing sourcing strategies, and training hiring managers.

Throughout their career, Sharon has successfully reduced agency usage, achieved high-quality results, and received recognition for their project achievements. Sharon is skilled in utilizing social media for recruitment and branding initiatives. Sharon's expertise spans across various industries including pharmaceuticals, bio sciences, and technology.

Sharon Cohen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in the College of Human Development. Sharon has obtained several certifications including DDI Certified Trainer from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2019, Certified Internet Recruiter from AIRS, an ADP Company in February 2017, Global Professional Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2010, and Senior Professional Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2009.
