Annette Polidora

Annette Polidora has worked in talent acquisition and recruitment for various pharmaceutical and healthcare companies over the years. Annette started their career in 1997 as a Technical Recruiter/HR Generalist at CoreTech Consulting Group, Inc. In 2000, they joined DoubleStar, Inc as a Senior Consultant, providing on-site recruiting support for clients in the pharmaceutical, financial, and IT industries. From 2002 to 2007, they worked at GE Healthcare as an HR/Recruitment professional, responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for positions in the US Medical Diagnostics division. Annette then joined Johnson & Johnson in 2007 as a Talent Assessment Consultant - Contract Recruiter, supporting the Consumer business. Annette continued their career at Johnson & Johnson, taking on the role of Talent Assessment Consultant, Consumer - Global Recruiting Organization from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they provided recruitment support for multiple client groups within the Consumer sector and was actively involved in Consent Decree related hiring. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Staffing Consultant at Merck before returning to Johnson & Johnson as a Sr Strategic Talent Advisor. In this role, they served as the lead recruiter for several functional areas and provided strategic partnership and support to various business functions. Annette then joined Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) in 2018 as a Manager, Talent Acquisition. Most recently, they have been working at Marinus Pharma as a Director and then Senior Director of Talent Acquisition since 2020.
