Rhett Martin

Rhett Martin is currently serving as the Administrative Services Division Director at Marion County Health & Human Services since May 2022. Prior to this role, Rhett spent over a decade at Columbia Helicopters, where responsibilities included serving as the NDT Manager/Responsible Level III from November 2011 to April 2022, focusing on the development and enhancement of non-destructive testing programs, along with the hiring and training of NDT staff. Earlier in the career, Rhett worked as an NDT Inspector, conducting critical inspections of aircraft components and reviewing technical data. Rhett's educational background includes attendance at Silverton High School from 2006 to 2010 and Chemeketa Community College from 2010 to 2011.
