For Kristina Leighty, half of the fun happens before they ever even break ground on a project. It’s important they understand the needs of the client—even anticipating what they might not yet know—so that they can bring a project to life. She find a lot of joy in the process of finding just the right team for the job. Each client is different, and every project comes with unique challenges so this part of the job both keeps me on her toes and ensures no two builds will be alike.
