Elaine Francis-McCusker

Elaine Francis-McCusker has over two decades of experience in the insurance and claims management sector. Currently, Elaine serves as the Head of Customer Operations and Head of Quality Audit & Risk at Markerstudy Insurance since July 2021. Prior to this, Elaine held positions at LV= as a Claims & Financial Crime Risk Manager from November 2019 to May 2023 and as the Group Third Party Operations Manager at Markerstudy Insurance from September 2015 to November 2019. Additional roles include Claims Director at 4th Dimension, Head of Third Party Claims at LV= Insurance Company, and Regional Claims Manager at Zurich. Elaine began their career at Zurich as a Technical Claims Manager, specializing in personal lines motor and household claims.
