Melinda Hotho has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Melinda started their career as an Account Executive at Tribune Interactive - Orlando in 1998. Melinda then worked as an Account Manager at Cox Interactive Media from 2000 to 2002, exceeding annual quotas. From 2002 to 2004, they served as an Account Manager and Business Development professional at Entercom Communications, where they sold radio and internet advertising while also contributing to new product development and strategic partnerships.

In 2004, Melinda joined SimplexGrinnell, first as a Preventative Maintenance Account Manager, where they won the President's Club Award in 2006 and 2007. During their time at SimplexGrinnell, they also served as a Senior Service Sales Account Manager, achieving high quota attainment and closing the largest deal in Central Texas worth $8 million. Melinda had a key role in developing and growing new business.

In 2015, Melinda became a Market America UnFranchise Owner, before transitioning to become a Consultant and then an Owner/Practitioner ~ Facilitator at their own company. Melinda joined Access Consciousness in 2017 as a Certified Facilitator and Practitioner, utilizing Access Consciousness Bars and Body Processes to assist others in transforming their lives and promoting ease, joy, and glory.

Melinda Hotho, CFMW, received their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Seminole State College of Florida in the years 2000 to 2003. Melinda then pursued further studies in Business Administration at the University of New Orleans, although the specific degree obtained is not mentioned. Prior to this, Melinda attended LSU from 1982 to 1984, where they focused on Business Administration, but did not complete a degree. In addition to their formal education, Melinda also obtained certification as a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) from Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator in June 2017.
