Xianwen (Wen) X. is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as an Assistant Director and Residence Director at Pace University since July 2018. Responsibilities include mentoring Resident Assistants, managing a building of approximately 550 freshmen residents, and collaborating with campus partners. Xianwen also works as a mystery shopper for Reality Based Group and Market Force Information, where detailed evaluations of customer service and product quality are conducted.
