Adam Jörtsö

Adam Jones serves as the Interim Faculty Head of Marketing, Recruitment and International at Swansea University, where responsibilities include leading the Faculty of Science and Engineering's MRI team and overseeing student recruitment and marketing activities. In July 2023, Adam was appointed to a four-year term on the University Council as a trustee, contributing to the governing body of the University. Additionally, Adam chairs the Swansea University Rugby Football Club, which encompasses over 300 players across various teams. Previous roles at Swansea University include Faculty Internationalisation and Student Recruitment Manager and Student Recruitment Manager for different faculties. Prior experience includes lecturing in Sport and Exercise Science at Coleg Sir Gar and serving as an assistant rugby coach. Adam holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science and a PGCE in Further and Higher Education, and is currently pursuing an ILM Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership.
