Karla Ortiz-Flores

Karla Ortiz-Flores has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management and Leadership, with a specialization in Change Management, from Western Governors University between 2016 and 2018.

In 2022, Karla enrolled at Western Governors University again to further their education. Karla is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Information Technology Management. Karla is expected to complete this program in 2023.

Outside of their formal education, Karla has obtained several additional certifications. In August 2020, they earned the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance. In August 2022, they achieved the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM and the Academy Accreditation - Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals certification from Databricks.
