Benjamin Grassi

Benjamin Grassi has a comprehensive work experience in the financial industry, spanning over several companies. Benjamin currently works at MarketAxess in the Open Trading role, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they spent a significant amount of time at Tradition, where they held the position of Multi Currency Credit Desk Senior Sales/Broker - Execution Specialist from June 2005 to January 2023. During their tenure at Tradition, they demonstrated a strong track record of building and strengthening client relationships and working with diverse debt levels and global currencies. Before joining Tradition, Benjamin worked at Eurobrokers as a Broker on the Eurobond desk, specializing in multi-currency IG credit. Benjamin was responsible for disseminating prices and cross-marketing different asset class products. Between 1998 and 2003, they worked at MF Global as an Equity Sales Trader and Execution Dealer, responsible for maintaining relationships with US and European accounts and executing orders via the Fidessa trading platform. Benjamin's career in the finance industry began at M.W. Marshall & Co in 1997, where they worked on the Yen IRS desk as a Junior Broker, providing price notifications and facilitating smooth transactions.

Benjamin Grassi has a certificate in Business Studies with a focus on Business Management from The Open University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2009. Benjamin also holds a certificate in Social Science with a specialization in Understanding Social Change, obtained from The Open University from 2006 to 2007.
