Daniel Epstein

Daniel Epstein has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Daniel is currently working as a Senior Production Support Engineer at MarketAxess since February 2022. Before that, they were the Business Owner of Swim Stars, Inc since October 2020.

Prior to their current roles, Daniel worked as a Consultant at Wells Fargo from November 2020 to February 2022, where they provided support for the monitoring of the Treasury division applications as an ITRS Geneos consultant.

From July 2010 to December 2019, Daniel worked at BNP Paribas as a Vice President and led the Production Tools team. Daniel also served as the regional coordinator for global Service Management of IT asset management. Daniel was ITIL certified during this time.

Daniel successfully implemented global enterprise management systems and worked with business units and IT divisions to achieve corporate goals.

Prior to their independent consulting work, Daniel held roles as a Consultant at Screen Actors Guild from October 2008 to May 2009, where they worked on the architecture, implementation, and customization of CA Unicenter Service Desk. Daniel also worked as a Consultant at Embarq from November 2007 to February 2008, troubleshooting and reinstalling CA Unicenter Desktop and Server Management.

Daniel's earlier experience includes working as an Architect/Consultant at Universal Solutions Group in 2008, as a Consultant at Estee Lauder from 2005 to 2007, and as a Technology Specialist at AXA Financial from 1998 to 2005. At AXA Financial, they managed employees and consultants and was responsible for the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of enterprise-wide software deliveries, automated asset management, and monitoring tools.

Daniel Epstein attended Nassau Community College from 1982 to 1984 and obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science at SUNY New Paltz from 1984 to 1986. Daniel also obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from Learning Tree International, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
