Grant Blackaby has extensive experience in risk management and has held various leadership positions in well-known financial institutions such as MarketAxess, Barclays, and KCG Holdings, Inc. Throughout their career, Grant has been responsible for overseeing risk management, designing and enhancing risk management policies and frameworks, and leading operational risk teams through significant changes and developments. Grant has also been involved in enterprise risk assessments, disaster recovery management, and the implementation of projects such as Solvency II. Grant's educational background includes a BSc in Accounting and Mathematics from Newcastle University.
