Rosa Dailly

Rosa Dailly is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in benefits and immigration management. Currently serving as the Head of Benefits & Immigration at MarketAxess since October 2024, Rosa previously held the position of Director of HR Operations at Etsy from July 2016 to October 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing global benefits strategy. Rosa's career began at Alvarez & Marsal in February 2005, where a progressive path led to roles such as Director of Benefits and HR Generalist. Rosa Dailly holds an MBA in HR Management and a BBA in Finance/Economics, both from Iona University.
