Currently serving as Chief Community Officer and Strategic Advisor at Marketers That Matter since June 2023, Kathy plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration among top marketing executives. In addition, Kathy functions as Peer Group Director at Allied Executives and operates GwG Enterprises as Founder, Business Coach, and Advisor, focusing on leadership development and operational efficiency. Previous roles include Owner and CEO at Creatis, CMO at Greater Twin Cities United Way, and CMO at Caribou Coffee Company, among other significant positions at Carlson Companies and InterContinental Hotels Group. Kathy holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Business Administration and Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
