Kirk Knudsen

Kirk Knudsen has extensive work experience in leadership roles. Kirk currently serves as the Director of Operations for Marketplace Chaplains in Northern Minnesota and the Dakotas, where they collaborate with companies to provide employee care and support. Previously, they worked as an Employee Care Specialist in the same organization, overseeing employee care for multiple sites and coaching incoming Care Partners. Prior to this, Kirk worked as a Lead Pastor at Trio Community Church and Bridge Community Church, where they were responsible for various aspects of church management, including leadership development, program creation, and volunteer recruitment.

Kirk Knudsen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Ministry from Crown College between 1997 and 2001. Kirk then pursued further studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, where they earned a Master's degree in Divinity/Ministry from 2004 to 2007.
