Doug Kenik

Doug Kenik has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Doug currently holds the position of Director - SW Product Management at Markforged, where they are responsible for overseeing software product management. Prior to that, they served as the Principal Product Manager - Strategy at Markforged.

Before joining Markforged, Kenik was involved with Teton Simulation Software as the Chief Executive Officer and VP of Product. Teton's objective is to optimize and automate 3D printing manufacturing parameters through simulation, optimization, and machine learning. In these roles, Kenik worked closely with customers to define and solve problems facing design and manufacturing engineers.

At Autodesk, Kenik held two significant positions. Doug served as a Product Manager for Generative Design Strategies, where they brought generative design to the market within two years, growing a user base and generating recurring revenue. Doug also worked as a Product Manager for as-manufactured structural simulation of advanced materials, bringing new technology to market, and winning the JEC Innovation Award.

Earlier in their career, Kenik worked at Firehole Technologies as a Senior Application Engineer and Senior Software Developer. Doug played key roles in progressive failure analysis of continuous fiber composites and was involved in the growth and acquisition of the startup.
