Pelham Norville

Pelham Norville is a highly experienced and accomplished professional in the field of product management and business development. Pelham is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Markforged, leading the product team in developing an additive manufacturing platform. Prior to this, they held significant roles at Bose Corporation, including Global Head of Product - Automotive Division, where they revitalized product strategy and portfolio, and Senior Director of Corporate Strategy and Innovation, where they developed growth strategies and incubated new business units. Pelham also served as the Director of Product Partnerships and Business Development, Manager of New Business Innovation, Senior Technology Strategist, and Technical Product Manager & Technology Strategist at Bose. Before joining Bose, Norville was the VP of Product Sales at Diagis Systems, Inc., where they led the development of product strategy and secured grants for a software security tool.
