Michael Cady has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael started their career at Cintas Corporation as a Sales Intern before moving on to various roles in companies like Xerox Corporation, BEA Systems, Oracle, and Cisco. At Xerox, they excelled as an Office Solutions Specialist and later as a Document Solutions Executive, managing key accounts and achieving impressive sales revenue. At BEA Systems, Michael worked as a Senior Account Executive, exceeding sales objectives and building strong relationships. In their time at Oracle, they served as a Technology Sales Manager and TSR, driving revenue growth in underperforming business segments. Most recently, they have held several leadership positions at Markforged, starting as a Strategic Accounts, Sales Manager before progressing to the Americas Director, Central & Latin America and the Americas Director, Central, West & Latin America. Currently, Michael is the Director of the Global Named Account Program at Markforged, where they are responsible for strategic business development and driving positive outcomes for customers.
Michael Cady obtained a Sales Certificate from The Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre from 1999 to 2001. Michael also completed a BOS degree in Communications with a field of study in Organizational Communications from Ohio University from 1996 to 2001.
