Carol Egan

Carol Egan has extensive experience in supply chain and procurement, currently serving in a contracting role focused on supply chain and procurement transformation at Marks and Spencer since 2024. Previously, Carol held the position of Senior Director in the Strategy, Growth, and Supply Chain Business Value Practice at Anaplan from 2019 to 2023. Carol's background includes roles in supply chain transformation at GSK, management consulting for supply chain and procurement performance improvement at EY, and regional procurement and supply chain management at Premier Foods. Early career experiences include positions as a supply chain planner at Mars and a corporate action analyst at Merrill Lynch. Carol holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and completed a graduate program at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
