Hollie McCloy

Hollie McCloy currently serves as the Digital & Technology Evolution Office Lead, Talent Lead, and Organisational Strategy Manager at Marks and Spencer, where employment has begun in July 2022. Prior to this, Hollie worked as a Consultant at The Berkeley Partnership from August 2019 to July 2022, and held various roles at Vendigital Ltd between June 2017 and July 2019, including Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant. Earlier experience includes managing projects in the Advisory Consultancy Programme at EY from September 2011 to May 2017, as well as a procurement-focused role at BAE Systems during a Procurement Industrial Placement from September 2009 to September 2010. Educationally, Hollie McCloy earned a BBA (Hons) in Management from Lancaster University between 2007 and 2011, and has developed expertise in areas such as operating model redesign, procurement transformation, and efficiency optimization through lean practices.
