Jennifer Owen

Jennifer Owen has extensive experience in retail management, particularly at Marks and Spencer since June 2014, where roles have included Head of Store Format Development for Clothing, Home & Beauty, and various other leadership positions within the company. Jennifer's career includes a brief tenure as a Team Leader at Topshop in late 2013 and a Cast Member role at Walt Disney World during a summer placement in 2013, which provided valuable insights into operating within a multicultural retail environment. Earlier, Jennifer completed a Business Placement Programme at Marks and Spencer, gaining structured training in team leadership, customer service, and operational management. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Retail Management (Fashion & Buying) from the University of Central Lancashire, earned from 2009 to 2013.
