Lauren Eydman

Lauren Eydman has extensive experience in retail management, having worked at Marks and Spencer since September 2017 in various capacities, including Retail Delivery Manager for Brands and multiple project management roles focused on transformation and change. Prior positions include Deputy Store Manager with ownership of various departments, Commercial Manager roles encompassing Women’s, Menswear, Lingerie, Beauty, Kidswear, Home, and Visual, and Store Manager of Queen’s Drive Simply Food. Earlier in the career, Lauren served as a Care Assistant at Prestige Nursing + Care and was a member of the United Nations from September 2011 to June 2015. Lauren's educational background includes A Levels from the University of Reading and Ashby School, covering subjects such as Politics, English Language and Literature, History, and Art.
