Namrata Prashar

Namrata Prashar is an experienced professional with a strong background in online operations and retail consultancy. Currently serving as Chief Manager of Online Operations for Marks and Spencer India since January 2015, Namrata successfully conceptualized and launched the company's largest strategic project for FY19/20. Previous roles include Retail Consultant for Zensar Technologies, where Namrata optimized warehouse processes for John Lewis Partnership in the UK, and Implementation Services Consultant at Synygy, where sales operations were automated for a large team in the USA. Namrata's career also includes a marketing internship at Amgen focused on international launch activities for an oncology product and a business consultancy role at Marks and Spencer involving sales operations and logistics. An MBA graduate from SDA Bocconi, Namrata holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Pune University.
