Phillip Dale

Phillip Dale is an experienced leader in data governance and commercial management, currently serving as the Head of Data & AI Governance and Head of Support & Data Enablement at Marks and Spencer since October 2020. Prior to this, Phillip held various roles within M&S from September 2014 to October 2020, including Head of Commercial & Contract Management, where responsibility included overseeing the commercial delivery of digital transformation initiatives. Phillip's earlier career at M&S from November 2009 to August 2014 featured roles such as Multi-Site Manager, Store Manager for Major Stores, Deputy General Manager, and Regional Operations and Finance Manager. Education was completed at Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School in Blackburn from 1988 to 1996.
