Aga Strzemeska

Head Of People Operations at Marley Spoon

Aga Strzemeska has a diverse range of work experience. From 2015 onwards, Aga worked at Marley Spoon, starting as an HR Administrator and eventually becoming the Head of People Operations. Prior to that, Aga worked as a Project Manager at NIRAS Development Consulting in 2014. In 2013, Aga was an Adviser at the Delegation of the European Union to the United Nations, and in 2012, Aga held Adviser roles at both the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Poland to the UN and CERAC sa. Aga also worked as an Intern at The Research Centre for East European Studies Forschungsstelle Osteuropa – FSO and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in 2012. Aga began their career as a Teacher at Butterfly School from 2010 to 2011.

Aga Strzemeska obtained a Bachelor's degree in English from Nicolaus Copernicus University from 2007 to 2011. During the same period, they also received a degree in TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) from Teacher Training College. Aga then pursued their Master's degree in European Studies from Nicolaus Copernicus University from 2005 to 2010. In 2010 and 2011, they attended the University of Oslo (UiO) to study Political Science. Aga has also completed additional certifications, including "Inspirational Leadership Skills" from Udemy in August 2020 and an accreditation as a Mediator from NMAS in April 2019.
