Katrina Brooke possesses extensive experience in the culinary and publishing sectors. Currently serving as Maitre'd at il Buco since February 2008 and as Recipe Editor at Marley Spoon since March 2021, Katrina previously held roles at Marley Spoon as Assistant Recipe Editor. From July 2015 to February 2021, Katrina worked at John Wiley and Sons as Global Rights Operations Coordinator and earlier as Global Rights Operations Assistant.
