Katrina Brooke

Katrina Brooke possesses extensive experience in the culinary and publishing sectors. Currently serving as Maitre'd at il Buco since February 2008 and as Recipe Editor at Marley Spoon since March 2021, Katrina previously held roles at Marley Spoon as Assistant Recipe Editor. From July 2015 to February 2021, Katrina worked at John Wiley and Sons as Global Rights Operations Coordinator and earlier as Global Rights Operations Assistant. Prior experience includes a position as Copy Editor, Fact Checker, and Writer at YBNY Media from February 2010 to June 2012. Katrina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Art History along with a Publishing Certificate from The City College of New York and attended New York University from 2004 to 2005.
