Kevin Chen has a strong background in the culinary industry, with experience in various roles and companies. Kevin most recently worked as a Recipe Developer at Marley Spoon since March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head Chef at Ox Verte, a plant-forward food company, from March 2019 to August 2020. Kevin also served as a Sous Chef at Waypoint, a restaurant known for its coastally-inspired fare, from September 2016 to December 2018.
