Long Khanh Huynh has a diverse work experience in the field of food industry and market access. Long Khanh started their career as a QA officer at Coca-Cola Amatil in 2006. Long Khanh then worked as an R&D Technologist and QA officer at Beak and Johnston from 2008 to 2009. Subsequently, they became the Case Ready R&D Technologist and later the Case Ready R&D Manager at Beak & Johnston Pty Ltd from 2009 to 2013.

In 2013, Long Khanh Huynh joined Meat and Livestock Australia as a Project Manager - Market Access Science and Technology. In this role, they successfully developed and executed a 7-year strategy to protect the Australian red meat industry. Long Khanh achieved significant cost savings through measures such as introducing a new measurement to determine the shelf life of fresh meat, eliminating redundant tests, and training exporters on risk mitigation strategies. Long Khanh stayed with the company until 2023.

Currently, Long Khanh Huynh is working at Marley Spoon as a Category Manager (Protein) from 2023 onwards.

Long Khanh Huynh completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) in Food Technology at Western Sydney University from 2004 to 2007. In 2010, they also attended Grandville Tafe and obtained a degree in Smallgoods production. From 2021 to 2024, Long Khanh Huynh pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at the Australian Institute of Management. Additionally, in 2022, they completed a program in Applied Project Management (PMBOK) at the same institute.
