Mark McDonald has worked in various roles since 2005. Mark began their career as a Customer Service Representative at the Commonwealth Bank in 2005. Mark then moved to Bupa Australia in 2009, working as a Customer Sales Representative. In 2010, they joined QRAA (now QRIDA) as a Program Management Officer, where they contributed to the development of policy, program guidelines, and supporting documentation for the implementation of new programs. In 2017, they became the Executive Support to the CEO at FORMULA ADVISORY NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED. In 2019, they joined WRT, LLC as an Office Administrator. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of Operations and Customer Success at Marlow, where they developed and implemented a custom CRM tool using a non-traditional platform (Notion) to manage and oversee daily operations.

Mark McDonald attended Melville High School from 1987 to 1992. Mark obtained a Six Sigma Foundations certification from LinkedIn in December 2017 and a Diploma work health and safety from Rose Training Australia Pty Ltd.
