Dee Rossetti

Dee Rossetti has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Dee started their career in 1987 with Athena Healthcare Systems, where they served as the Administrator/Director of Human Resources and later as the Interim Administrator in Facilities in Crisis. In 2005, they joined Revera Inc. as the VP of Human Resources until 2016. Then in 2016, they moved to RSCC Wire & Cable LLC as the Director of Human Resources/Labor Relations. In 2019, they joined Marmon Industrial Energy & Infrastructure as the Group Human Resources Director. In addition, they also held the position of Group HR Director-Industrial Marmon Electrical at RSCC Wire & Cable LLC. Dee Rossetti's roles and responsibilities include employee relations, labor management, recruitment, compensation and benefits, risk management, and acquisitions.

Dee Rossetti obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Services, General from the University of New Hampshire, from 1984 to 1986. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary from Mattatuck Community College, from 1980 to 1982. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as Unconscious Bias, Human-Centered Leadership, Employee Engagement, and Communication Skills, among others.
