Joyeeta Das

Joyeeta Das is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in technology and innovation, currently serving as the CEO and Co-founder of SamudraOceans, focusing on robotics and AI to scale seaweed farming for blue carbon capture. Das advises the UK Innovation & Science Seed Fund and Maroon Invest Global while also holding advisory roles at Niya and Data Friendly Space. As an Ambassador for Women in Innovation with Innovate UK, Das promotes gender diversity in entrepreneurship. Previously, Das was the Head of Artificial Intelligence at EVANA AG, Chairperson and CEO/co-founder of GYANA, and worked with startups as an Associate Venture Partner at SuperSeed Ventures. Das's academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Oxford, a program in scaling global business from Dartmouth, and numerous other degrees in technology and data science.
