Kapil Gathe

Kapil Gathe has a solid background in Ruby on Rails development, starting as a RoR Developer at Titanium Interactive Private Limited in 2013. Kapil then moved on to Aretove Technologies as an ROR (Software-Engineer), focusing on bug fixing and maintenance. Kapil then worked at Ascra Technologies as a Ruby on Rails Developer, building applications from scratch and implementing Rest APIs. Continuing their career growth, Kapil joined FORAY SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED (TCS) as a Ruby On Rail Developer, where they worked on the ETL kiba framework for a Japan client operation. Finally, they assumed the role of Tech lead (ROR) Senior Software engineer at Maropost in 2017, where they were responsible for maintenance, support, and enhancements of the Maropost email marketing product.

Kapil Gathe completed a diploma in advanced computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Pune Institute of Computer Technology from 2009 to 2012.
