Feather Foxworthy

Feather Foxworthy currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at Marqeta since March 2024, following a tenure in the same role at Lead Bank from January 2023 to March 2024. Prior experience includes positions as Lead Counsel for Product & Regulatory at Blend, Product Counsel for Square Capital at Square, and Assistant General Counsel at both LendingClub and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Feather began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Phillips Erlewine & Given LLP and Wolfe & Wyman LLP, progressing to Senior Associate at Reed Smith LLP. Feather Foxworthy holds a JD, Cum Laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where participation in Law Review took place, as well as a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
