Megan Dineen-Kistner

Megan Dineen-Kistner has built a career focused on building brands, reinventing product portfolios, and developing a customer-centric approach to lead global specialty brands. Most recently, she served as the Head Merchandising, Design & Creative Officer, at LaSenza International. Prior to that, Ms. Dineen-Kistner was the EVP of Merchandising, Planning & Product Development for American Signature stores. While there, Ms. Kistner led transformational rebranding efforts across the assortment architecture, designer & brand partnerships, and real estate strategies. Previously, Ms. Dineen-Kistner spent over 17 years with LBrands, as SVP of Victoria’s Secret Digital Merchandising and at Victoria’s Secret & PINK, where she held a variety of Merchandising leadership roles in Intimate Apparel & Swimwear across the US and International footprints. Ms. Dineen- Kistner started her career with Macy’s East as a Buyer for Women’s Designer Footwear.

Megan graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business.
