Amanda Rhoads

Amanda Rhoads has a strong background in social work practice and care transitions. Amanda began their career in 2008 as a Lead Social Worker at Genesis, where they gained extensive experience in patient transitions through the continuum of care. Amanda progressively advanced within the organization, taking on roles such as Director of Discharge Planning, Senior Director of Discharge Planning, and Regional Director of Discharge Planning. In these positions, Amanda focused on the processes and services surrounding care transitions. In November 2019, they joined the Social Work Clinical Practice & Education National Specialty Practice Leadership Team as the Director. Currently, Amanda serves as the Vice President of Care Navigation at Marquis Health Consulting Services, where they continue to specialize in care transitions.

Amanda Rhoads obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Psychology from Rutgers University - Camden in 2007. Amanda then pursued a Masters degree in Social Work at Rutgers University from 2007 to 2008.
