Performance Marketing Specialist (India, Remote)

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strong performance marketing strategies and execution plans across Google, Facebook, and organic channels. This role involves developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns, managing budgets and campaigns to drive a strong return on investment, and ensuring successful planning and optimization for key traffic KPIs. 

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for driving traffic, acquiring new leads, and optimizing conversion rates. You’ll have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media, and email marketing, and be able to create and manage campaigns from start to finish. You’ll use data analysis to inform your decisions and continually improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution:

Create and execute a robust performance marketing strategy and execution plan for Google, Facebook, and organic channels.

Campaign Management:

Manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and display networks along with organic platforms.

Budget Management:

Manage budgets and campaigns across Facebook and Google digital channels to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Optimization:

Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and own media channels.

Innovation & Testing:

Identify and test new campaigns to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.

Collaboration:

Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, provide feedback, and present results.

Analysis:

Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.

Key Performance Metrics:

Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future optimization.

Market Research:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.

Growth: 

Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion through performance marketing channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly with Google and Facebook platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.

  • At Least 5 years of performance marketing experience.

  • Proven track record of improving ROI.

  • Experience managing large budgets.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented and organized.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SEO and organic marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
