About Us: Marrina Decisions is a premier marketing agency focusing on performance-driven strategies to achieve client goals. We are seeking a data-driven and motivated Performance Marketing Intern to join our team and assist in managing and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns.


  



Responsibilities:


* Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
* Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
* Support the development of ad creatives and landing pages.
* Help identify opportunities for improving campaign performance and ROI.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall marketing goals.


  



Requirements:


* Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of performance marketing principles and digital advertising platforms.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
