Dana Valdez

Dana Valdez has extensive experience in catering sales and event planning, currently serving as the Director of Catering Sales at Marriott International since September 2024. Prior to this role, Dana Valdez held the position of Director of Catering at Shula's Hotel and Golf Club, contributing expertise in organizing corporate and social events, as well as managing food and beverage services for sports teams and golf tournaments. Dana Valdez also worked as the Director of Catering Sales at CULINAIRE from January 2010 to September 2024, responsible for a diverse range of events including weddings, fundraisers, and family reunions. Dana Valdez pursued undergraduate coursework at Ozark Community College.
