Katie Sheketoff

Katie Sheketoff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Global Leadership Development at Marriott International since October 2018, Katie has successfully designed and launched leadership accelerator programming for high-potential leaders. Previous roles include Director of Performance Advisory, where innovative strategies were developed for workforce skills enhancement, and Organizational Strengthening Consultant at Think of Us, during which Katie facilitated significant organizational growth. Katie's career also spans consulting roles at Foster America and Teach For All, where as Senior Director of Talent Development and Engagement, strategic systems and team culture were developed. Early career contributions include managing significant programs at IREX and working with Chemonics International Inc. and the Middle East Institute. Katie holds an MA in International Development from The George Washington University and a BS in International Politics and Asian Studies from Georgetown University.
